Planned biweekly newsletter with notes from the hosts, interviews and conference coverage on AI, startups and capital. The first issue has not yet been sent.
Host: Keith Koo · Co-host and producer: Henry Finn
Every AI product sits on chips, racks, power contracts and somebody's financing. Power Draw follows that physical layer through the people who build it and pay for it: neocloud operators, chip startups, data center and power developers, and the investors carrying the risk. Each episode takes one constraint, such as power, cooling, interconnect, utilization or financing, and asks what it costs, who is solving it, and what breaks if they don't.
Format: 25 to 30 minute filmed conversations, in studio or at the events where the industry meets.
Planned talking points
Who survives the neocloud shakeout?
Power is the bottleneck: grid queues, siting and on-site generation
Host: Keith Koo · Co-host and producer: Henry Finn
Each episode is built around one decision a founder made when the company could have died: a pivot, a layoff, a price change, turning down an acquirer, or putting the last of the runway on one customer. The founder tells it in order, with the numbers they are willing to share, and the host asks what they knew at the time and what they would change.
Host: Keith Koo · Co-host and producer: Henry Finn
Final Terms covers every kind of capital: angels, venture funds, family offices, LPs, private equity, sovereign funds and corporate investors. Each episode sits with one investor and one deal they can discuss on the record: what they saw, what they doubted, what got argued about, and what was agreed in the end. It also covers the deals they walked away from.
Format: 30 minute filmed conversations.
Planned talking points
The first institutional check in an AI infrastructure company
Corporate venture: when the investor is also the customer
Family offices in venture: what they ask that funds don't
Host: Keith Koo · Co-host and producer: Henry Finn
AI systems add new places to attack: model weights, firmware, GPU clusters shared between customers, and agents with access to company systems. Incident Room puts you in the room where the response happens. Each episode takes one layer of the stack and one real incident or failure class the guest can discuss on the record, then asks what changes in an AI data center.
Format: 20 to 25 minute filmed conversations. Monthly at launch.
Planned talking points
Hardware root of trust: what has to be true before the first instruction runs
Firmware attacks on servers
Confidential computing for model weights and customer data
Every company that breaks out has a story people repeat: the launch video, the demo, the founder clip that spread. Unicorn Tales goes behind those stories with the founders and the creative teams who shaped them, then looks at the craft: how the piece was made, what AI video changed, and what it took. Produced with Unicorn Studios.
Format: 15 to 20 minute filmed episodes. Monthly at launch.
Planned talking points
The launch video that made the company
Founder-led content: when the CEO became the channel
AI video in a real launch
Unicorn Studios produces this series. Any Unicorn Studios client featured is disclosed on air.
AI Infra Summit: Interviews with technology executives on chips, compute and AI infrastructure.
NeoCloud Summit: Interviews on AI compute, semiconductor design and the companies building infrastructure.
SF Tech Week: Conversations with founders, investors and operators across San Francisco, including World of Tavily.
Masters of Scale: Individual guest interviews and an event highlight film.
Material Change Connect: Interviews, two on-stage conversations with Eve Blossom and an event film.
